COMPLIMENTARY HOUSE CALL
Depending on the scope of project, this service provides consultation, measurements, and a floor plan layout. The selections of items whether it be furniture or décor needs will be completed as well. We want to work within the framework of your budget and scope.
STAGING AND ACCESSORY PACKAGES
Often times, moving things around can make your space look and feel entirely new. Don’t like how your built-ins are staged or room is arranged? Let us take your items and re-stage! The staging and accessory package is a popular service that can make a significant difference in the look and feel or your space.
BUILDING NEW OR MAJOR REMODEL?
With this type of project, our fees are based on the scope and could include items from the menu below for our FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES!
- CAD design showing new or existing interior floor plan
- NEW Interior Floor Plan detailing all FFE, for the scope of the project
- Interior elevations of the relevant spaces
- Interior finishes schedule and finishes specifications
- Reflective ceiling plan showing lighting
- Electrical & Plumbing placement plan (Engineering of systems by electrical and plumbing contractor OR ENGINEER)-we usually design/build the systems
- Interior flooring plan & specification
- Subcontractor meetings during construction
- Spreadsheet showing proposed costs and project budget
- Working closely with builder during the construction process to facilitate the construction in the most cost-effective manner throughout the entire construction process.
