The distinctive feature of this comfortable seat is a reverse-tapered center back splat with intricate carving, and additional carved details appear on its front and rear posts. Patricia “Patty” Artis brought creativity, confidence, and unmistakable style to Artis Furniture for more than two decades. Joining the company in 2005 as Director of Advertising and stepping into ownership in 2009. Patty helped shape not only the brand’s voice but its spirit.
She led with vision, humor, and unwavering work ethic, showing up fully and passionately until her very last day. Patty believed furniture was about people first- family, home and connection- and she infused that belief into everything she touched at Artis Furniture. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
